TalentComp was designed to streamline your salary administration process as recommendations work their way through your organization fromline managers to senior management.
Manager's View
This screen allows managers to enter merit increase, bonus and stock recommendations for their direct and indirect reports and shows each employee's current salary and recommendations based on your specific guidelines. Information can be configured according to your needs.
Merit Distribution Report
Managers and administrators can review a variety of real-time statistics for the current cycle, as recommendations are passed up through the TalentComp system.
