 Solution

An HR Metrics reporting system allows human resources managers to provide consolidated data to managers, such as annual salary spend, turnover rates by department, job openings and more. Rather than accessing separate stores of data to fulfill individual requests, the new reporting system collects and disseminates information regularly, minimizing repetitive clerical work.
